It has been attempted to emphasize the clean volumes, to create a separation from the ground and at the same time to provide a special experience when entering the building and thus breaking the monotony of the volume or mass.

At the same time, to arouse curiosity with an architecture with soft shapes in the corners, circular openings and with color on the facade, an inviting feeling is achieved and to evoke a special emotion, giving character and identity to the building. The materials applied to the facade have an impact both in the functional aspect (in assembly, the thermal aspect for air circulation and maintaining internal temperatures), and in the aesthetic aspect, creating rhythm, dynamics and harmony between form and color. The facade cladding is a material that blends completely with the context.

The creation of the square is an added value of the building since we are located in an industrial area and we have a lack of green spaces. The square aims to create a relaxing space mainly dedicated to the building's users. In the ground floor, at the entrance, the building below is inserted, which merges and emerges in the parterre with seating, lighting, giving the building grandeur and arousing curiosity for the person. The forms created in the facade also create dynamism in the building, play and give the impression of a beautiful administrative building. The building is conceived as an unfolded object, giving us the analogy of something that is unfolded as a gift, as something precious and valuable.

The cut shapes in the upper part of the building are thought of in the analogy of origami shapes, which are very attractive and at the same time affect the psychomotor development and intellect of each worker and enable zenithal or celestial lighting, creating an imposing and very qualitative environment for work.
