Pixel Blocks is an innovative architectural concept designed as a multifunctional structure composed of stacked cubic volumes arranged in a modular grid.
Pixel Blocks is an innovative architectural concept designed as a multifunctional structure composed of stacked cubic volumes arranged in a modular grid. The system is divided into three main functions: residential units, administrative-commercial areas, and a hotel — merging diverse programs into a cohesive and functional whole.
To break the rigidity of the volume and enhance spatial quality, pixel blocks are intentionally removed throughout the structure. These voids serve multiple purposes:
– Visual openings that connect the interior with the surrounding environment
– Terraces that introduce private and shared outdoor spaces
– Ventilation gaps to improve natural airflow
– And vertical cuts that allow daylight penetration and circulation between levels
These spatial interruptions are not random — they are deliberate design moves that transform a solid mass into a dynamic, breathable, and livable architectural form.
Located near the city park, Pixel Blocks is shaped with strong environmental awareness. Greenery is integrated throughout, reinforcing its eco-conscious character and creating a serene, healthy environment for residents and visitors alike.
